Its a balance of power military strategy, stateless dynasties in control of the world powers playing the 99% off each other while organizing a multi bloc world.  World domination.  Very interesting social engineering game that leads to violence, bankruptcy and death in some cases.  While the power elite, the superclass, get ultra wealthy and consolidate power.
