Obama's New Re-education Program Begins with the Interface Between Man and Machine

Remember the Keaunu Reeves movie, Johnny Mneumonic, where he sticks a disk in the back of his head to directly accept data into his brain?




Now DARPA is working on the same thing.  Is it science fiction or a government hell bent on creating Skynet and its very useful drones?  How long before they deploy this technology in the field? I imagine it will first be used on seniors who need help remembering where they put their dentures, then it will be marketed by Apple as a new hip way to connect to your iPod, iPhone, iWatch, or some other device that will be tracked by Google and shared with the NSA.
