Venture capitalist wants six, smaller California states
California is the most populous state in the nation, but it is certainly not a homogenous one. From sunny Southern California to the vineyards of the central coast and the technology of Silicon Valley, the Golden State covers a lot of ground... and a lot of opinions. And one man thinks that it's too much ground and too many opinions, and that its size is hurting the state's infrastructure, schools and more. RT's Liz Wahl asks venture capitalist Tim Draper about his ballot initiative to divide California into six new states, based on regions.
